I’m going to comment on this show altogther. This show was outstanding, so much drama, especially where the limousine blows up. My family and I wonder, did Jack Freed get out?? and is this what he meant by there was more to come? There should be a second, third, and fourth and so on and so forth to come. Logan Marshall-Green, Matthew Bomer, and Aaron Stanford are without a doubt, awesome talented actors and are cute, too.

I loved the show. I don’t know why there isn’t going to be another season. My boyfriend and I make it a point to be around every wednesday to watch the show. It is an amazing show and we are both a little “cheezed” that it will not be returning.

I am profounded disappointed once again with the mainline networks. This show “Traveler” had a “24″ type quality which made it consistently thrilling and fun to watch. It will now be added to the 101 great shows that the networks have cancelled over the years and left junk on like …. I won’t say as one person’s junk is another’s treasure. However, “Traveler” is and was a very high quality show and I believe once again the networks have let us down. Time for me to move on to HBO etc..

this was an amazng show that i have always loved to watch. It was an action thriller that had the feel of a movie but the length of any show. I was hoping I would be ablt to watch this show until every question was answered fully. Clearly this dream will not come true. I only hope ABC realizes there painful mistake and reverses there decision.

I hope they decide to make another season of the TRAVELER, it is such a good show with so many twist and action I could not stop watching them. I really, really hope they make another season.

We are older viewers and were extremely disappointed that this action-packed series was not picked up again. My fiance loved watching this program and if one of us were working a different schedule, the other one taped the show and we watched it together. TV shows were not that great this week. We think
the network should re-think their poor decision-making skills.

I think it was one of the best shows on this summer. I can’t believe they aren’t bringing it back for the fall. Instead they have shows like Pushing up Daisies and Cashmere Mafia and Miss Guided. I’m sorry they don’t sound like they have half the suspense and intrigue as Traveler. Not to mention it was a well written, directed and acted show. That’s something you don’t come across often. I wish they would let them tie up some of the loose ends.

I’m very disappointed to hear that they only made 8 episodes of this series. It’s annoying and aggravating to see an incomplete story. Why even air it if your not going to finish it. It’s like giving a kid a piece of candy instead of the whole candy. Never the less Traveler was a great series with loads of action, drama, thrills and chills and it had a great plot. The leading actors also have promising talent. This series deserves more credit than to let it end like this. It’s a waste and a shame that they don’t continue the show anymore.

I’m so disappointed to learn that “Traveler” won’t be coming back. I don’t think it EVER got dissed by the viewers, who all seemed to love it. So the decision is really stupid! I will miss it!

this is not an end…… we got no answers just questions what happened after…..did they proof they were innocent ?????? what happen’t to the girl…..i watched eight episodes to know nothing…..but it were eight great ones…the end was fucked up finish he last five…..feel like i watched for nothing…..at least give it a wrap….

My husband and I watched every episode and loved each one. What is wrong with ABC…why even start a series if you don’t intend to finish it. This is just like ABC to have a winner and lose it because they have their heads up their @@@@. This sucks. I think they had a hit..The actors were good and the story line was incredible…Come on you guys make the right decision and bring it back…

My husband and I loved this show. I’m SO disappointed that it’s not coming back. A very poor decision. The fans fought to have Family Guy put back on the air, maybe ABC will do the same for Traveler.

This was by far the best TV series I have watched in 50 years. My husband and I could hardly wait every weak for the next show. We ordinarily don’t watch much Television, but Traveller had us hooked. You can imagine our disappointment and anger when we discovered that the show would have no ending. Maybe the show was too realistic and therefore frightened the authorities.

We very much hope that this show will return this Fall season.

Traveller was a great show. They need to bring it back again in 2008 or the summer time when there are no shows to watch. It kept you going. I tivo’d every episode. This totally blows. I had my friends hooked on the show. ABC has to bring it back.

I loved “Traveler” and looked forward to it every week. The storyline was exciting and the actors were great. I just now found out the show will not continue, and I am very disappointed! How can we contact ABC to request more of this exciting show?

Wow, I cannot believe they cancelled this show. I loved it! This was the next best thing to 24 and Alias. I was just thinking that all of the season premiers are starting and I didn’t see anything about Traveler. And then I found this log saying it’s cancelled! I feel like the network executives are just out of touch. ABC is still broadcasting “America’s Funniest Home Video’s” and we lose out on quality shows like Traveler. Ridiculous.

As one of many avid Canadian viewers (and I’m sure I’m only one of many Traveler fans over the age of 70!) I am royally pissed off that the series was left hanging after such a Gangbusters start with 8 incredible episodes. It was the only show I couldn’t bear to miss! Others on your site have asked how ABC can be pressured to pick it up again — any suggestions?

I loved the show, and dozens of friends I made it watch loved it as well (some even more then me)

I understand they cancel great show like ‘Rome’ coz they’re to expensive, but Traveler?

Dear ABC chairmans…. Who the hell makes these stupid decisions???? Shows like Traveller and What About Brian ranked high among the people that watched it. If the ratings were as high as you wanted, maybe you didn’t do a good job advertising it.

I think I am not the only one that is disappointed that the show is cancelled. I am living in the Netherlands and they are showing this serie now for 6 weeks. I did just look at the internet for new movies and found out that it was going to stop at episode 8. Why showing it to us if your going to stop at half way>.>

I have just finished watching the 8th and final episode of Traveler (in Malaysia) and I am driven to comment that it is a big mistake to cancel the show at this point. The show is truly amazing with its unexpected plotting and I have not been this impressed with a TV series since probably the X-files (which I believe also started slowly and had a conspiracy driven main story arc). It needs to continue!

A riveting storyline that is rivaled by few shows. This show would have made huge rating as a fall premiere. I cannot think of a possible reason for cancelling the show, wxcept that maybe the writer quit?

Im in the Uk and my wife and I loved the show. Similar to 24 with a good script and great acting. We are both really disappointed there wont be another series. The TV networks need to listen to the public and bring back a great show.

What can I say - just saw episode 8 and to find it is the very last and leaves us hanging relying on the writer to explain the last 3 unfilmed seasons - i feel robbed - at last we had a class story told quickly rather than the monotony of trying to follow Lost and Prison Break over excruciatingly long periods. Not since 24 and Boston Legal have I been so intrigued as were my kids - Americans just dont seem to see a good thing right in front of them - the dummest decision since electing a village idiot for a second term as President…tsk tsk

Like many here, I found this site while looking for the schedule for upcoming episodes. And now I’m surprised and disappointed to learn that ABC cancelled it. The show Traveler was high quality, and my wife and I enjoyed it alot. And although highly suspenseful, the show didn’t rely on gratuitous violence and sex, so it was one of few adult-themed shows I could allow my 12yr old to watch. I hope ABC will reconsider and bring it back. I’d like an explanation, aside from commenting on the laughable paranoia that the gov’t had something to do with the cancellation. Certainly, it is all about the money. So is there a report of some sort from ABC that explains… 1) the Nielson ratings were too low, 2) The show was adeqately advertised, and positioned in the market 3) the profit/loss of this show / production cost vs ad revenue ?

this is one show that kept a person glued to the tv week after week. I agree, the way it ended was just plain crap. Wonder why I don’t watch ABC shows anymore.

I can not believe ABC will not bring back this show (Traveler). It is by far the best show in a long time that my husband and I both really enjoyed watching. Some other shows need to be taken off the air, like some of the stupid reality shows and or talk shows. We don’t want to hear about other peoples’ problems I think we all have our fair share. Hey ABC why even start a series if you aren’t going to finish it. This show was great and the viewers deserve a finale to it. If the suites at ABC care at all about their viewers you should bring it back and finish what you started. Take care of your viewers and finish what you started. Just finished watching the series…I knew it was cancelled before I started watching. I had it on my DVR. Yet again, another stupid network decision to cancel a decent show. Does anyone remember….Tru Calling, Brimstone, New Amsterdam, Wolf Lake and etc. Just show enough episodes and then cancel and leave the viewers hanging and wanting more…Make people not want to watch network TV and just wait for the DVD’s to come out… now such thing anymore as …”must see TV”…Oh well, maybe the future will be kinder to us fans.
